Fiduciary [ Not Broker ] Standards
For over fifty years, Comprehensive Consulting Group has designed and run employee benefit plans to a fiduciary standard — client interests first, always, with no commission-driven plan design.
Family-owned in Hauppauge, New York · 5,000+ organizations served · groups from 7 to 7,000 lives
The difference
A broker's compensation moves with the plan they place. Ours doesn't. As an independent, fee-only consultant, we hold to a fiduciary standard: your interests come first, every recommendation is one we'd make with our own money on the line, and no plan design is ever shaped by a commission.
We don't answer to insurers, pharmacy managers, or networks — we answer to the organizations that hire us. That independence is what lets us benchmark honestly, negotiate hard, and walk away from an arrangement that isn't right for your people.
How we work
Consulting firms design a plan and hand it off. Administrators run a plan they didn't design. CCG does both — so there is one firm accountable for the whole of it.
We evaluate, benchmark, and design your plan around your people and your numbers — funding strategy, plan structure, and cost — never around a commission.
Then we run what we designed: enrollment, claims advocacy, compliance, and the day-to-day administration — one accountable team, from first design through renewal.
The CCG Fee Guarantee
We'll never take a commission.
Our fees are transparent and agreed in advance. We are compensated by you, for advice that serves you — never by carriers, for steering you toward their plans. It is the simplest way we know to keep our interests and yours perfectly aligned.
